Cabin Keepers Services & Charges All charges will be itemized and billed monthly with an invoice.
Weekly Property Inspection- For Second Homes and Rental Properties: Service includes walking property inside and out, checking sinks, toilets, refrigerator, AC & Heat, checking air filters, checking light bulbs and property condition including housekeeping service. A report and photos emailed or text 180.00 monthly
Bi-weekly Property Inspection- Same services as weekly- 100.00 monthly
All additional services are added on to either weekly or bi-weekly account-
Light Cleaning- great if you let friends or family use your home, we supply cleaning products. Includes changing sheets, vacuuming, removing garbage, wipe down counters, clean bathrooms, unload dishwasher- 2 Hours 150.00 or more, subject to added cost for large jobs
Garbage Pickup- quoted depending on location & amount.
Groceries/ Property Prep for Visit- Includes shopping for requested items- (up to 25 items) Delivery to Cabin, Adjusting Heat/Ac temperature for arrival 50.00 plus cost of groceries
Meeting repair or Installation Providers- Cable, electrician, septic company, etc Meeting at scheduled time-30.00 for first hour, 25.00 for each additional hour or partial hour. Minimum charge of 50.00 Light Maintenance Available Changing air filters, changing water filters, replacing garbage disposals, etc Individually quoted
Emergency Services- 24/7 We are available for emergency services-broken windows, plumbing leaks, burglaries, etc 7am-6pm 50.00 for the first hour / 30.00 per hour for each additional hour. Minimum charge of 50.00. 6pm-7 am weekends & holidays 50.00 for the first hour / 40.00per hour for each additional hour Minimum charge of 50.00
if you would like a special service performed to your property that is not noted above, please just ask and we will do our best to fulfill your request. We can do anything from delivering flowers for special occasions, to Christmas or Fall decorating, etc.
You choose monthly items, each month an invoice will be generated and emailed to the address on file. If you change property inspection schedule please give us a one month notice so we can change our routes. If you have any special concerns with your property please let us address those for you. Invoices can be emailed or a hard copy mailed to you.
